Adult Drawing and Painting - Flowers and Foliage All materials are included for this class. Please just bring an overall/ old t-shirt to protect your clothes and an old tea towel or rag. A full day of drawing and painting in a relaxed setting with support and guidance in a small class of 10 artists. My classes attract a range of abilities - you will be in a warm, supportive class including beginners and fully fledged artists alike. Weather permitting we will take our canvases outside and paint in the beautiful community garden. If the weather isn't on our side we will work in the cosy cafe space and I will provide good reference images. Below is a suggested schedule but artists will be encouraged to work at their own pace and in a style that suits them. 10.30-11.00: Introduction, gathering materials, coffee and cake. 11.00-12.00: Sketching and discussion. 12.00-12.45: Preparing our palettes and initial sketch on canvas 12.45-13.15: Optional break (please bring a packed lunch) 13.15 - 16.30: Painting demonstration followed by an afternoon of painting en plein air with individualised support.
